Are you ready to grow?

It takes courage to really look at ourselves, sometimes because we are afraid of what we might find. Fear keeps us stuck, reliving the same behavior patterns, the same relationship issues and using the same coping strategies that aren’t working for us anymore. As a therapist, I will help you look at what’s holding you back and develop new strategies for coping with life’s challenges, so you can be the best version of yourself.

My education, professional training and personal experience have led me to work with individuals with Eating Disorders, Post-traumatic Stress Disorder and Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders. If you struggle with food or body image, depression, anxiety, memories of traumatic events, managing the transition to parenthood or are supporting a loved one with one of these issues, I would love to help you. I enthusiastically welcome clients of all backgrounds, cultures, faith traditions, gender identities and sexual orientations.
